Fast: Day 9
8 full days of fasting behind me - 2 days left - and I still feel great! Of course, I think I’m generating a lot of energy around the weight loss, which is simply a by-product of the fast and was not a consideration for starting it. But I can’t deny that 9 days ago I weighed 178 (on every scale, way overweight for my frame) and today I weigh 161 - still above the ideal weight weight...
